Microplate Scanning Spectrophotometer
Bio-Tek Instruments, a division of Lionheart Technologies has
announced the PowerWave 200 - a dual beam, microplate scanning
spectrophotometer. Featuring a wavelength range from 200nm
through 800nm, the PowerWave 200 is the ideal investigation
tool for the life science researcher. Applications include
Kinetic ELISA, RNA & DNA measurement and purity analysis,
protein determinations, and any requirement for high volume
screening of known and unknown compounds.
Investigators can utilize the flexible scanning feature by
scanning a single well, row or entire plate. Single
wavelengths from 200 to 800nm can also be selected.
Bio-Tek's new PC Windows program, KC4, supports the PowerWave.
