On - Line Automated SPE System for LC- MS- MS Analysis

Jones Chromatography introduces the PROSPEKT- MS , an on- line solid phase extraction ( SPE) system to meet the high selectivity and high resolution capacity requirements of LC- MS- MS analyses. The PROSPEKT- MS desorbes purified analytes from the SPE column directly into the LC-MS- MS or MS, thus increasing sensitivity and decreasing analysis time. The fully automated system eliminates such sample transfer steps as eluate collection, evaporation, and reconstitution. This translates into time, labor and solvent cost savings.
