Dynacalibrator

The Dynacalibrator is used to generate dynamic flows of calibration gases in the PPB range. Permeation devices are used to provide the constant source of the trace component. These small unbreakable Teflon and stainless steel capsules are filled with a pure chemical and are then permanently sealed. This eliminates the risk associated with handling large quantities of toxic materials in glass containers or bulky high pressure cylinders. Multi-component gas mixtures can be easily generated by inserting the appropriate permeation devices into the constant temperature chamber. Concentrations can be quickly set over a wide range by canging the dilution flow. Permeation rates, temperatures and flows are certified with NIST traceability.
