Beswick Engineering announces the release of the MCB-1016-316
and the MCB-1018-1-316 miniature compression fittings for 1/16
OD and 1/8 OD tubing. The benefits include:
These fittings, with a 10-32 thread, are ideal for use in limited space applications. They are smaller and lighter than 1/8 NPT thread compression fittings commonly used with 1/16 and 1/8 OD tubing.
The Beswick O-ring face seal design prevents leakage, eliminates the need for sealants, and enables metal to metal contact. The O-ring gland is carefully designed and controlled at the time of manufacture to limit the squeeze on the O-ring seal. The gland provides firm metal to metal contact when the fitting is installed which prevents the fitting from loosening in service.
