The LC-Transform series 400 takes the output from any
HPLC/GPC, isolates the separated components and deposits them
onto a germanium disc. The disc is transferred to any FTIR and
the spectra of each component recorded. The spectra are
library quality and computer searchable.
Spectra can be obtained from nanogram level quantities of injected material and the separated components are retained for subsequent reanalysis or further characterization. The HPLC and FTIR can be physically separated and may be used independently for other purposes.
